At Dazzle Basics we take pride in carefully selecting the right materials and styles from which our products are designed. We provide our customers with high-quality value trendy pieces that are based on functionality, comfort, and affordability!
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or returns for a simple change of mind. All of our products are intended for personal use, and for hygienic reasons, we require our customers to read each item description attentively so that they make a conscious purchase of items to their liking.
We encourage our customers to write us a detailed email if they have any questions or concerns pertaining to any of our products, our team will gladly respond to your query in a timely manner. Our entire jewelry collection and our hair accessory lines are non-returnable, non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept any return or refunds on GIFT CARDS.
Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All items marked down as "Sale" items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason whatsoever, all of our 'Sale' items are final purchases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Every item you select to purchase will be inspected prior to being shipped to you so that we can ensure that all items are in good sellable condition.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. In which case, we require the customer to send us an email ( at cs@dazzlebasics.com) as soon as the defective item is received, we will NOT accept any exchanges if the item was received/delivered to you more than 48 hours prior to sending us a formal request for exchange.
To evaluate the damaged or faulty product you have received we will need a FULL description of the default, your order number, and images to support your claim.
Our team will evaluate your claim and email you as soon as a decision has been made on the concern at hand. Should we determine that the item contains a factory default, you will be entitled to receive a replacement item or a refund as noted above. Our email will contain all pertinent information concerning the decision taken and the step to take to receive a refund or a replacement item.
